Tanner brings over ten years of in water and wastewater engineering design and construction. He has been the project engineer in the design of water and wastewater infrastructure, treatment and conveyance facilities, conditions assessments, alternatives analysis, equipment selection and sizing, and providing engineers opinions of probable construction costs. He has led complex projects through engineering services during construction and construction management and has worked on several alternative delivery projects.
