Henry is a Principal with nearly 20 years of experience in water resources engineering with projects ranging from planning to design of municipal water systems, wastewater collection systems, transmission pipelines, pump stations, wells, and treatment facilities. Notable clients served throughout his career include the City of Fresno, Valley Children’s Healthcare, Westlands Water District, United States Bureau of Reclamation, and UC Merced. He is passionate about civil engineering and is continuously striving to promote the industry professionally, academically, and personally. He prides himself on performing exceptional engineering services beyond the scope of work as his clients’ most trusted advisor. During his free time, he enjoys traveling the world with his wife and two daughters, golfing, and serving his church (CrossCity Christian Church).
