From utility review for CEQA compliance and master planning, to design of conveyance and treatment facilities and construction phase services.  Ms. Shields’ various water and wastewater projects include preliminary and detailed design, permitting, hydraulic modeling, plant civil design & cost estimation; conveyance facilities; planning and design of recycled water supply and conveyance alternatives; wastewater treatment and collection system conceptual planning, process evaluation and wastewater treatment plant design.
