Mr. Brennan brings over 35 years of experience providing construction management and project management in the water resources industry. He worked for over 22 years with the Los Angeles County Sanitation Districts where he administered construction contracts ranging from $1M to $190M. In this position, he managed construction of various projects such as wastewater treatment plants, pipelines, pump stations, and landfill construction. For the past eight years he has worked in the private sector providing third party construction management services on water and wastewater projects for public agencies throughout California.
